Our office is located in Villafranca 4, 150 meters away from the bullring.

Tickets are to be picked up the same day of the bullfight from 12:00 till 45 minutes after the starting time

During San Isidro Festival our office is open every day from 12.00 till 19:45.

This is a basic guide about how to buy tickets for bullfighting, after our 50 year experience. These are the Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

TOP. CANCELLATION POLICY.

Customers can cancell their orders by sending an email saying to info@ticketstoros.com «cancellation order #», in this case the 75% would be refunded. Deadline: 72h before the bullfight. It can´t be done if the tickets had already been delivered to a hotel.

If ever a bullfight is cancelled, all active orders would receive a full refund. If tickets had been delivered, they must be given back to Ticketstoros before having a refund.

1. Wich is the best way to book my tickets for a bullfight?
The best way is booking the tickets with us, some weeks or some months before the fight. The tickets will be waiting for you at Teyci´s office the same day of the bullfight, from 11:00 AM till the beginning of the fight.

2. Can I print the tickets?
No, our tickets are already printed and can´t be printed by you.

3. Can I get my tickets delivered to my Hotel?
Yes, when filling up the form, you must select Office Pick Up or hotel delivery.

4. Are my tickets together?
All tickets are numerated, there are assigned seats. All tickets booking in the same order line are always together. If you can select, for exemple, 20 tickets in a single line, the 20 tickets will be together. If you book 20 tickets separatelly, they can be together or not.

5. What do “Sombra”, “Sol”, “Sol/Sombra” and Tendido  mean?
Sombra means Shade, Sol means Sunny Section, Sol/Sombra is a little part of the bullring, half in Sun, half in Shade. Tendido is the name of the most suitable rows (depending on the bullring, from Row 1 to Row 10 or 20 or more).

6. Most of the fights start at 19:00 PM. Should I book tickets in the sunny section?
The sun has been heating the tendidos for the whole day. From May to August, you can be in the sunny section at 40º or more. For children or aged people, booking tickets in the shade (sombra) is highly recommended.

7. Are there VIP tickets?
Yes, they are called Barreras (Front Row), Contrabarreras (Second Front Row), and Delanteras Bajas (Third Front Row). Please don´t consider tickets in the Sol as VIP tickets. They are not.

8. When does the season begin in Spain?
The season begins in mid-March and ends in mid-October.

9.What time do the bullfights begin?
The start of a bullfight is determined by the hours of sunlight, and is confirmed by the Plaza some weeks before each festivity. Normally, bullfights begin at 17:00 in March, gradually starting later, up until 19:00 in summer, and commencing around 17:30 in the autumn.

10. What is a “novillada” or “corrida de novillos”?
A novillada or corrida de novillos is a training fight, a bullfight between young bulls and matadors who have not yet become fully qualified. The prices are approximately half of those for the normal bullfights. In Madrid they still arouse a lot of excitement. If you arenot familiar with bullfighting, you willnot see the difference.

11. Can children attend the bullfight?
Yes, so long as they are accompanied by adults. There are no special prices for children.

12. How long does a bullfight last?
A bullfight can last from one and a half to two and a half hours (1 ½ – 2 ½ hours).

13. What happens if it rains?
The bullfight can still take place if it rains. Only in the case of hard, persistent rain would it be cancelled. If it is suspended before the beginning of that day’s bullfight, customers will always receive a refund of the ticket price at the respective location, done by submitting the tickets directly at the bullring. If they suspend the bullfight after it has already started (even if only one bull has been fought), there is no possibility of a refund. Less than a 1% of the bullfights are suspended because of the rain.

14. Can I enter after the bullfight has already started?
Yes, but only during the intervals between bulls.

15. Can I take photos?
Yes, there are no limitations on photography.

16. How much in advance should tickets be purchased?
The further in advance you buy your tickets, the greater the possibility for choosing the best seats.

Nuestra oficina está ubicada en Villafranca 4, a 150 metros de la plaza de toros de Madrid.

Las entradas se recogerán el mismo día de la corrida desde las 12:00 hasta 45 minutos después de la hora de inicio.

Durante el Festival de San Isidro nuestra oficina está abierta todos los días de 12:00 a 19:45.

Esta es una guía básica sobre cómo comprar entradas para las corridas de toros, después de nuestros 50 años de experiencia. Estas son las preguntas más frecuentes (FAQ)

CIMA. POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN.

Los clientes pueden cancelar sus pedidos enviando un correo electrónico diciendo a info@ticketstoros.com «pedido de cancelación #», en este caso se devolvería el 75%. Plazo: 72h antes de la corrida. No se puede realizar si las entradas ya se han entregado en un hotel.

Si alguna vez se cancela una corrida, todos los pedidos activos recibirán un reembolso completo. Si los boletos se han entregado, deben devolverse a Ticketstoros antes de recibir un reembolso.

1. ¿Cuál es la mejor forma de reservar mis entradas para una corrida de toros?
La mejor forma es reservar las entradas con nosotros, unas semanas o meses antes de la pelea. Las entradas te estarán esperando en la oficina de Teyci el mismo día de la corrida, desde las 11:00 am hasta el inicio de la corrida.

2. ¿Puedo imprimir las entradas?
No, nuestras entradas ya están impresas y usted no puede imprimirlas.

3. ¿Puedo recibir mis boletos en mi hotel?
Sí, al completar el formulario, debe seleccionar Recogida en oficina o Entrega en hotel.

4. ¿Están mis boletos juntos?
Todos los boletos están numerados, hay asientos asignados. Todos los boletos que se reservan en la misma línea de pedido siempre están juntos. Si puede seleccionar, por ejemplo, 20 boletos en una sola línea, los 20 boletos estarán juntos. Si reserva 20 boletos por separado, pueden estar juntos o no.

5. ¿Qué significan “Sombra”, “Sol”, “Sol / Sombra” y Tendido?
Sombra significa Sombra, Sol significa Sección Soleada, Sol / Sombra es una pequeña parte de la plaza de toros, mitad en Sol, mitad en Sombra. Tendido es el nombre de las filas más adecuadas (según la plaza de toros, de la Fila 1 a la Fila 10 o 20 o más).

6. La mayoría de las peleas comienzan a las 19:00 PM. ¿Debo reservar entradas en la sección soleada?
El sol ha estado calentando los tendidos durante todo el día. De mayo a agosto, puede estar en la sección soleada a 40º o más. Para los niños o las personas mayores, se recomienda reservar las entradas a la sombra.

7. ¿Hay entradas VIP?
Sí, se llaman Barreras (Primera Fila), Contrabarreras (Segunda Primera Fila) y Delanteras Bajas (Tercera Primera Fila). No considere las entradas en el Sol como entradas VIP. No lo son.

8. ¿Cuándo empieza la temporada en España?
La temporada comienza a mediados de marzo y termina a mediados de octubre.

9. ¿A qué hora empiezan las corridas?
El inicio de una corrida está determinado por las horas de sol, y lo confirma la Plaza unas semanas antes de cada festividad. Normalmente, las corridas de toros comienzan a las 17:00 en marzo, comenzando gradualmente más tarde, hasta las 19:00 en verano, y comenzando alrededor de las 17:30 en otoño.

10. ¿Qué es una novillada o corrida de novillos?
Una novillada o corrida de novillos es una lucha de entrenamiento, una corrida de toros entre novillos y toreros que aún no están completamente calificados. Los precios son aproximadamente la mitad de los de las corridas de toros normales. En Madrid todavía despiertan mucha ilusión. En Madrid todavía despiertan mucha ilusión.

11. ¿Pueden los niños asistir a la corrida de toros?
Sí, siempre que vayan acompañados de adultos. No hay precios especiales para niños.

12. ¿Cuánto dura una corrida de toros?
Una corrida de toros puede durar de una hora y media a dos horas y media (1 ½ – 2 ½ horas).

13. ¿Qué pasa si llueve?
La corrida de toros aún puede tener lugar si llueve. Solo en el caso de lluvia intensa y persistente se cancelaría. Si se suspende antes del inicio de la corrida de ese día, el cliente siempre recibirá la devolución del precio de la entrada en el lugar respectivo, mediante la presentación de las entradas directamente en la plaza de toros. Si suspenden la corrida después de que ya haya comenzado (aunque solo se haya tocado un toro), no hay posibilidad de devolución. Menos del 1% de las corridas de toros se suspenden a causa de la lluvia.

14. ¿Puedo entrar después de que la corrida ya haya comenzado?
Sí, pero solo durante los intervalos entre toros.

15. ¿Puedo hacer fotos?
Sí, no hay limitaciones para la fotografía.

16. ¿Con cuánta anticipación se deben comprar las entradas?
Cuanto más anticipadamente compre sus entradas, mayor será la posibilidad de elegir los mejores asientos.
